Excellent post Dern and great to be talking about England and Test Match Cricket again.

If that team that you have mentioned is picked tomorrow, then dare I say that we infact bat from 1 and all the way down to 11?

If that is the case then have we ever been in a strong position like that before?

Like you I am expecting some very quick victories. Why? Well, we are England and this is still our time

Lets get ready to ruummbblleeeeeeee

Always a possibility neon but tomorrow will be all about giving the Windies some chin music

I remember Andy Roberts, Malcolm Marshall, Michael Holding, Colin Croft and Joel Garner, and this time it is us that will be dishing it out

If the weather holds, it will be an England win (I might have a £ or 2 on us winning within 3 days), we all no that (not being cocky or owt).

England win the toss and bowl WI out for -150

I think that Ravi Rampaul will do the damage for the Windies!!

Worth a tenner

Shame if there's no room for Onions in the side.

There are still question marks over the form of England players that might make an easy win unlikely. Strauss has not been convincing, Cook has struggled, Pietersen has one good and one bad knock, Bell has had one good innings and several failures and Broad has not impressed for Notts.
The advantage is clearly with England because their batting is primarily reliant on Bravo and Chaderpaul but their bowling, if on song, could cause England problems.
The team that bowls first may be significant.

I might be tempted to play Onions for Bresnan.

By the way, what's the situation with Tremlett ? Is he still injured ?

You can't drop Bresnan though!! He's won every single test he's ever played in!!

I think the beast is still injured mate

Onions must be a strong candidate for the third bowling spot but Bresnan is probably favourite.
