You thanked me I said you're welcome.

Good manners cost nothing.

Wondered where you'd been for the last 24 hours Timothy. So you've been mixing or should that be mincing with saft satheners. Been conducting a survey have we amongst fellow no it alls who with regard to BRFC know absolutely didly squit. Your contribution was not asked for and has been as unwelcome as a free season ticket for any Scottish club. Lower league or leagues maybe but we have the safety net that no matter how far we fall we will never never plumb the depths or banality of the SPL.

Ahh Sorry now I understand, good grammar costs nothing either

The last bastion of the desperate is grammar abuse....

The SPL may not be brilliant, but it's ours and we love it.
Hope you learn to love the championship...Then Lge.1...Lge.2....

Well this was amusing to read, if a minor waste of time.

It never ceases to amaze me how people can be so unwilling to alter their course of mind in the face of facts that point to the contrary of their own opinions.

The "Good riddance" comments and their like show Hector's true agenda here.

Sorry Hector, I do get a "bee in my bonnet" about your/you're (and even once yore!! )

On the topic though, what you have to understand is whilst some Rovers fans crossed a line (as have celtic fans, and any other club you dare to name) but these are the few. The MANY held their tongues with protests etc, some did not protest at all. The one thing we all have in common is that for 18 months, we've watched our club falling apart with no action, or reaction from our owners to stop it happening. Because of the seemingly nonchalant attitude of our owners and the governing bodies, conspiracy theorists are running rife, sowing more and more discord.

Honestly and all wumming aside, I'd have a look at all of the history here and easily available on the internet as to the theories that are slowly being eked out, the terrifying fact is that Bolton and Burnley fans are defending us! Don't let yourself be led by the media or opinions of those who are just regurgitating the same

When judging the impartiality of an article or news report its also worth checking who "represents" the "pundit"

Also, I've seen this sort of argument on this board all too many times this year, always leading to pretty much the exact same comments and conclusion.

In future, if you get someone spouting their ill-informed opinions on your article, steering it violently off topic, I'd advise you to just delete the comment and don't give them the time of day.

Well done Timothy - its taken you until post number 129 before you have said anything of fact, is evidence based and is the true opinion of the vast majority of football fans "The SPL may not be brilliant" . You are making very good progress - now if you can just stretch yourself to admitting that the SPL along with your previous rambling are akin to a bag of dog doo I think that you will have cracked it.

Lets paraphrase the Rovers situation for you Hector:

Celtic are taken over by a foreign consortium and debt is placed on the club. New owners chat excitedly about returning Celtic to the glory days of European Cups. A couple of weeks into their ownership you lose embarassingly to St Mirren 5-0. Lennon is identified by management as the problem and shown the door forthwith. Garry Parker is appointed as caretaker manager with his (mythical) agent Askum Bag having advised the new owners. Parker talks enthusiastically about the new way and is then awarded the job full time after a sequence of one win, two draws and five losses. Celtic then proceed to drop from a top position to behind Killie and Dunfirmline. The new owners gush about Parker and declare him unsackable.

Come the transfer window, Askum Bag pops up at the club and dictates the transfer policy of the club through shady guises. The club pays 3X in agents fees what it does in transfer fees and is blocked from signing a player due to concerns over 3rd party ownership. No player signed in the window makes an appearance. The club gets rid of Ian Bankier and Peter Lawwell. Parker is then arrested for drink driving after having a chee.ky beer with Coisty. He blames it on the fans before a judge forces him to admit in court he is a liar.

Celtic continue to drop and finish the season in lower mid-table. The first signing of the season is Askum's son, Baw. Parker gushes about his quality, the next Charlie McGain.

Players are now shipped out during this window, Hooper is sold. Reinforcements are promised but don't arrive until you're out of the European Cup and have started the season with three losses against all the Dundees. The reinforcements arrive from the Slovakian third division, the Czech second and include David Goodwillie.

Results continue to decline and Celtic are in the bottom three. Parker is given a new contract. the club refuse to talk to supporters or the fans and Scott Brown and one of your other stars (Izaguerre) are not played even though you only have two fit defenders. Parker says that they are injured but they go on Twitter to say they've been frozen out. New signings are not played and Parker gets a new contract on more money.

At this point, you're 100% behind Parker and the new owners, right?

Forgot to say - at the point Parker signs the new contract, he has the second worst win record of any Celtic manager ever and has dismissed rumours about a new contracts days before.

Dear dear dear, Blackburn - a little club who have rarely done anything of note in English football never mind on any other stage - comparing themselves to a club like Celtic. A bit of money for a few years and we are to believe that you are anything but a tinpot club propped up on sky money as a makeweight for the real big boys in the EPL...

You guys are a hoot

Hector, so you carried out a survey in the capital? Well done you. Why don't you try somewhere with a little bit more footballing success next time, somewhere with a bit of history. Let us call that place the North West, that magical little place where most of the footballing silverware over the last hundred years or so has gone. Go and find your own rivals and leave ours alone!

No-name can't remember Man united ever winning FA cup three times on the bounce, so not really sure of your point. No need for basking in the glow of other "johnny come lateleys" we have our own glory and history thanks very much, most of that acheived against other worthy competitors not just a "flip a coin" two horse race

Again, Seems you spend more time here than on your own board, not surprised when you're now in a one horse race, must be boring, especially when that race could be likened to the 1st division Perhaps you aspire to support such a superior club as Rovers, you're very welcome to join us

There's very little going on with Rangers at the moment to comment on. With any luck, the club will be put down leaving only one nasty, sectarian, bigot-ridden club in Glasgow to win the annual donkey derby.

When you won the EPL you bought it

Isn't the EPL just ManU vs A.Nother every year?

You don't know your own league

Glory? More like makeweights for the big boys

the club will be put down leaving only one nasty, sectarian, bigot-ridden club

Can't understand why that is my problem but I suspect you have enough BNP-ridden fans to make anyone wary of casting up...

..but you just carry on in there
