Have you unilatterally decided that the shared stadium does make economic sense?
---------------------------------------------------
How can I, as there's nothing on the table to take a view on, is there?
No design, no costings, no idea whether there could be a 3rd party commercial / council involvement - nothing.
So therefore to say outright, as 'fact' that it definitively makes no sense to EFC commercially is total shight, based on nothing but their agenda. i.e. what it's always been - that of GFE.
Shame that.
They speak very highly of you.
I know it's a real shame that they're trying to publicly slam shut a door (that's not even currently ajar anyway) with supposition based on phook all.
What do you base your positivity on TB?
I'm not positive at all, however, I think Henry's comments the other week don't sound like the words of a man eager to shell out on either the SP ground or a re-vamped Anfield.
It's all about the numbers to FSG, if a scheme arrived that was better than what they've currently got in front of them, I'm sure they'd at least look at it before declaring it was not for them.
So,in effect Keioc were correct then ?
No, as they said definitively that it would make no sense for EFC, which is nothing but an assumption, based on nothing.
There's a difference between saying that it'd never be financially viable & predicting that it'll never happen.
Give it less than 12 months before it is discussed formally between the two clubs
Could you envisage a scenario in which it would make fincial sense ?
And if so what is it ?
Give me.one instance of when a better/bigger stadium with brilliant corporate facilities has not increased match day and non match day revenue
Give me one. how very dare you.
Keep that carry on to your.private.life if you please
You wouldnt be interested in a bigger/better one
Ask y............better not
We have already established its bigger and better
So nice try
.........ourself the same question.
Damn i phone.
Your right....i wouldn't be interested in a bigger better one.
