A big onus is on the other SPL Clubs fans - They have to support their clubs and turn out in Large numbers for this to work - Hibs ,Motherwell, Dundee utd etc they will need to keep their part in the bargin or more clubs will go to the wall.
spl is the worst league ever now
Sorry Arab ha ha
Just plucked that fixture out of nowhere ... im sure it'll be a classic mate!
Alright i'll watch
When the newco comes back to the top league every team will be a bit closer (finacially) to each other, right across the leagues.
If rangers come back in say 4-5 seasons there will be twice as much interest in scottish football that season as there would have be if they'd just been dropped back in next season, of that i am sure

Was positve there would be just a blip in the rivalry of a few seasons. The added bonus of the high horse crowd silenced forever.
Now not so sure this is the case
OP not this season(time to lap it up } but it could happen the longer it takes for The Rangers to come back.
Kurt, they had to go if rangers played in the SPL next season then you could wipe 1000 fans off most teams home gates maybe more at hearts and the dons.
I hope every team in the SPL next season has a shout for european football on the last game before the split!!! Obviously with united coming out best of the bunch
When you sit there on a Sunday afternoon missing the Celtic/Rangers game just remember why they are not there.
Gael, to right, its nobody elses fault at the end of the day
I think with no Rangers, Celtic are weaker in the boardroom when all the clubs get together to discuss jibber jabber.
As a Rangers man i'm ashamed at how The club, the fans and even the remaining clubs have been puinshed for the actions of Murray and Whyte, that will never be forgotten and don't ever forget it either, Rangers football Club is the victim..
But i'm walking away from it altogether, i have no trust in men in suits that run our game, the fans and the other lot in the SPLHELL sporting integrity don't make me laugh.
Sensible, honest comments from kurt. The games between Rangers and Celtic played a huge part in the growth of season ticket sales at both clubs. It's good to see someone taking a clear look at what things might actually be like next season (and quite possibly longer) rather than just gloating.
Who are they ? supporters ? players? backroom staff ? or the cants that are no giving a feck. my money on u laughing at the innocent
Stifler, the spl clubs who have voted no are listening to their fans, if rangers had just swanned back into the spl next season football in this country was finished, they have been made to make a tough desision here, that they shouldnt have had to make.
Bottom line is Rangers messed up we all know that and putting them on the 3rd division may happen but trust ne the league is going to change and it will go from 3 leagues to 2 so you might see Rangers sooner than later
Also without Rangers Celtic won't get the votes they need so our game is going to change big time
I will miss the old firm games but say there is not one for a couple of years, then the next tickets will be like gold dust as the old firm derby is one of the best, but I would say that as I am a Celtic fan
And by the way if we don't romp the league next season then questions will be asked
