When he was at United, he said he practicesed them after training everyday, now he says he only practicses them once a week.
At madrid, he doesnt take all the free kicks, far from it. Alonso and Ozil take their fair share. At United., he took every single one that was within 35 yards.
His freekicks have never been good. Most of them were downright wasteful.
He's scored 40 in his career thus far, on average, that's 5/6 a season.
I doubt many players in the top league have managed that
in fact, since Ronaldo left us, I think we've scored a grand total of 3 direct free kicks in 3 seasons
