In case you haven't noticed, they won 2 trophies last season, and have since bought Hazard and Marin with Hulk possibly on his way as well. They are genuine title contenders.

As for AVB getting you top 4, maybe, maybe not. Winning the league? Please.

Man United and City are both miles ahead of Spurs, Chelsea are spending and improving after a transitional phase (as long as RDM doesn't do a Kenny), as are Arsenal. All of the aforementioned have a better squad than you guys as it stands, obviously there is uncertainty over RvP but whether we keep him or not we are still ahead of you lot in strength.

Spurs fans need to calm down. AVB may be a positive appointment, I think it's a decent one, but talking about winning the title? I thought I saw a baby sow gently gliding over WHL.

Try getting some quality options upfront before you mouth off about titles. Your only striker is Defoe.

City: Dzeko, Balotelli, Aguero, Tevez
United: Rooney, Welbeck, Berbatov, Hernandez
Arsenal: RvP, Giroud, Podolski
Chelsea: Torres, Hazard, Sturridge (Hulk?)
Spurs: Defoe

Spurs had a great first eleven last year, but a poor squad. That is the only reason why you could not last the distance. Its that simple.

The only reason Spurs were High Flyers at the beginning of Last season is the Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool were all experiencing Nightmare starts. Arsenal and Chelsea Buckled up, and Tottenham Rapidly Declined

You honestly have a poor squad and the first eleven isn't even all that, you have a 41 year old goalkeeper for starters , left back is hit and miss, right back is rubbish at defending, kaboul is your only good centre back, modric is off so you need a creative midfielder, lennon is hit and miss, parker is too defensive, van der vaart is off, defoe is rubbish 3/4 of the time.

So Parker,Bale and Kaboul. You need at least another 10 quality players to be title challengers. The only reason you was in it at the beginning was because of Redknapp
