It shows that you cannot charge somebody on grounds of probability unless you're in the FA's own little world.

Luis would have got way with it if he had of kept quiet like the FA asked both clubs to.
But Luis went and blabbed to one of his own journalists and thus sealed his own fate with the 'negro' comment.
You can argue Evra wasn't reliable all you want, but his story didn't change, only the number of times the word was allegedly used.

He is NOT caught on camera using racially abusive language.
IRRELEVANT..............there were several witness statements from both sides, camera evidence was also used.
Felt Suarez was hard done by at the time, but then the level of proof required wasn't the same as a court of law.

No there were not. Why do people make stuff up? I find it bizarre.
The other player has been in the country his entire life, ONLY understands and speaks english. He IS caught on camera using racially abusive language. He is left alone to carry on playing football. No fans, no major papers, no ex-players, ex-managers and no ex black players come out to criticise him. He is not fined and he will not be banned.
------------------------------------------------------------------
He lost the England captaincy even though he was found not guilty.
Suarez was found guilty, why do you scousers always play the victim..........get over it ffs!
Fred it doesn't matter how many times he said it, it's the fact he said it at all

Well, he was found to be probably guilty.

Yes there was, why doñ't you read the full report from the FA that ñamed them

Both could be included, they also both admitted to saying what they said. It was the context they argues which people don't seem to get
Justice prevailed. The racist got his ban...Terry was found not guilty.......

The report states the they found Suarez guilty because Evra seemed more of a reliable witness. That was the evidence, the only evidence, and all the evidence.
Terry didnt break the law but by mentioning another players skin colour he broke an FA rule - itll be interesting to see what the FA choose to do.
Suarez was exactly the same - hes not commited a crime or hed have been charged by the CPS - the FA would have been obliged to pass the case on as what right do they have to charge somebody of a criminal offence?
Pride of the North (U6803)
I get it and that's why I fully expect an 8 game ban and huge fine that is 16 times that of the laws regardless of proven guilt.

How many Times did Terry call him Black c***? Suarez called Evra whatever a few times.
No he didn't. Not even the FA suggested that. Stop making rubbish up.

How can you say he didn't change his story but then admit he changed the number of times it was used several times. That IS changing the story.

This is what your fans should be posting about. Not dragging up the Suarez issue.
He was gulity of what he was charged with, end of story.
It's not though is it, the story is the same, he says he was racially abused.
I can't understand how you think saying it once or twice is better than saying it 5 or 6 times?
Lucas...a jury of his peers found him not guilty..
I wish Share had stood in front of a jury.
