Can you see Nani joining AM? No disrespect to them, but he'd want to go to a team that can win the title.
I wish. I love Nani but Falcao is the best striker in the world. If we had Rooney and Falcao then I would put my house and girlfriend on United winning the title.
Shame its never going to happen

i'd rather watch our Danny develop
Why would you want Falcao when one of our own is starting to forge a great partnership with Rooney?

I'd like to see a picture of both before deciding whether to take that bet
Rock Me Amadaus?
As Lou Macari said yesterday.. wtf is Lucas anyway?
Would the people who are saying they would prefer let Danny develop give it a rest. Falcoa is an amazing player. Danny will never be the player he is. Put it this way if Utd had money to spend like they use to Danny would never have been heard of. Better players have been let go in the past. Sorry but true.

Shutup you uneducated fool, we've always developed youth players and we still have money to spend. Danny will be a great footballer, just because plastics like you don't appreciate seeing a kid developing into a top quality player doesn't mean no one else does. such an arrogant toad.

Sorry, but I just dont understand fans like you.
I've mentioned this before on discussions about Welbeck - that the guy is one of our own, has worked his way up through the ranks at this clubs, has done extremely well in the first team, and is clearly good enough to lead the line for us in years to come. As a United fan, I develop a kind of affection for players like him. I dont see how you can just want him dropped to see us go and spend silly money on the latest flavour of the month.
Please tell me all these great players Utd have brought through in the last say 3to4years. And before u a say cleverly And players like this . He hasn't played one full season yet. So educate me please.
Please tell me all these great players Utd have brought through in the last say 3to4years.
Evans
Cleverly
Welbeck
Pogba/Morrison/Fryers got games before they left
These players have been given first team chances and developing to be top class players, this is how United's philosophy is but you obviously haven't been following the club very long to think we go out and buy a superstar and not let a home grown player develop. You're pathetic, seriously grow up.
Please tell me all these great players Utd have brought through in the last say 3to4years.

What exactly are you suggesting? That we completely give up on our youth academy?
We could accomodate Falcao, Rooney, Welbeck and Kagawa
De Gea
Rafael Rio Vidic Evra
Carrick
Valencia Rooney Kagawa
Welbeck Falcao
^
One central midfielder in that team?
Who needs central midfielders when you have them 5 up top
I wouldn't want Falcao anyway, why blow a massive budget on a player not even needed? A deep lying centre mid should be our main priority. Falcao joining would hinder Chicha and Welbeck's development. They'd probably think they have no future if one of the best strikers is signed
I wouldn't be suprised if he ended up at City imagine that, Aguero and Falcao upfront
not being funny guys, but jack has a point.
potential wise welbeck has it all, but he isnt ready to lead the line for united YET.
falcao on the other hand is just different class at the minute, and anyone who thinks anything different is blinkered.
Evans done well but would not have played as much if vidic wasn't injured. Cleverly hasn't played a full season yet and wouldn't if Utd had money to buy a top midfielder that most Utd fans are craving. And the other 3if they were good enough they would be playing and not gone to lesser teams to try and get game time. Morrison where is he now. As far as plastic goes how many years have u held ur season ticket for. 4

This isnt about whether or not Falcao is class. We can all agree that he is.
This is about whether or not we should go out and spend £30m + on a player that we dont need, probably stunting the development of one of our best young prospects for years in the process. I dunno, what do you think?
P.S, Welbeck is more than ready to lead the line.
i hate these 'debates' where you get 'facts' from 'expert' fans.
they are more like deluded opinions

Not debating about his ability, but to sign a superstar player who we won't ever get anyway what would that show for Chicha and Welbeck? They'd think they have no future at United, Welbeck is being developed to lead the United line when he enters his prime. No one is thick enough to get one of the best strikers in to stop that from happening

i think the money could and should be better spent elsewhere, but saying that if we signed falcao i wouldnt complain.
as for welbeck, his finishing need a lot of work before he is ready to lead the line.
a top 4 club should have a 20+ goals a season striker leading the line, and unless he improves his finishing he will struggle.
saying that though i think thats the only thing letting him down at the minute.
i dont understand all this where will this leave welbeck stuff anyway.
we should be competing for 4 trophies, and its no longer about a starting 11 anymore, its about the squad, and everyone would get games as we'd be looking at 60 games a season.
Evans done well but would not have played as much if vidic wasn't injured
Except he got a few games in for a few seasons in now since he returned from a great loan from Sunderland, and not forgetting a great debut season in 08/09 when he partnered Vidic himself at the back. I really don't get fans like you, you'd want to see Welbeck shunned aside for a foreigner and for what? I really despair with people like you, nothing just nothing is better than seeing a young boy that grew with the club develop in the first team. People like you just shouldn't watch football
I agree with Duncan
Are people actually saying they would be annoyed if we signed him?
Jesus we finally produce a promising young forward and some of our fans want us to replace him rather then let him develop. Spoilt little brats.
