Couldn't have asked for better owners. Communicate with the fans, want the best for the club, are willing to do what is 'right' and not what is 'expected' (cough leicester cough). Plus willing to pay for what is right.
Very happy indeed with SoD. Very pleased we didn't get an 'iconic' name like Keane or McCarthy.

Why do Forest fans believe we are envious of them? So your club has been taken over by an allegedly wealthy Kuwaiti family. What is there to be jealous of?

You are saying you are very happy but why?
Did you have any say in who bought the club?
If you don't like the owners can you get rid of them?

In the final analysis you are in the same boat as every other fan. Although the club would be nothing without you, you have absolutely no say in it's fate.

This ooh aren't we lucky, we have a rich owner is a bit too much panem et circenses to me. Lets appease the plebs with a few signings and they wont question why we have all the wealth and power.

I'm happy because I can be positive and dream again. You can poke all the fun you like but you know as well as I do that the potential for us to actually have won the lottery is scaring the hell out of you and making me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

We have a quality manager in place, a fantastic first signing (probably our best player on loan last season) and the potential for so much more.

Glad you are happy that rich people bestow their blessings on you Professor Reddog. I thought I was making a serious comment not making fun.

How long do you think the happy feeling last? It took Leicester fans half a season to realise that they weren't going to storm into the prem. Forest are starting out from a lower base level than Leicester did. Who knows what will happen but I can't help thinking there may be some change of opinion by January.

It's all about the ride Spartacus. There are always a range of opinions but that's the beauty of the game. For me there is always a difference between hope and expectation.

I hope we will make it to the promised land.

I expect we will have a season of consolidation with some disappointment and some excellent football winning us some exciting games.

It's all gravy, but I see a far rosier future than I have for many a season.
