You're right. All there is is JT and Suerez admitting they said it.
Redconn you're fired. Idiot.
--------------------------
a common misconception. suarez wasn't found guilty on what he admitted saying. he was found guilty on what evra claimed he said which suarez always denied. also remember according to evra himself he told everyone suarez had called him a n****r after the game and it wasn't until later he realised that was an incorrect translation. there was never any mention to fergie or giggs or anyone else what he told the panel suarez had said to him.
carrick nature
i have been seeing lots of united fans saying that rio shouldnt be prosectued because of the context of what he said ....ive also seen united fans saying that he shouldnt be charged because is also black
suarez was guilty and recieved a huge ban...fair enough for me
jt is caught on tape .mouthing racial obscenities ...fair enough
rio used the word choc ice in a reference to another man skin color.....
they are all idiots and all 3 deserved to be punished ....
JT just thinks he is bigger than Chelsea football club. And the fans lap it up.
-------------------
And there is the anti-chelsea bias that clouds your articles. Knew it would come eventually
Won't resort to insults, but i don't think you've actually understood what's went on. If it's as simple as saying 'JT admitted saying it' then he of had no grounds to deny or appeal a charge. If it was as black and white as your saying then he'd have been found guilty in court too. You seeing the significance of context here yet?
------------------------------------------------------------------
Wrong. And like most Chelsea fans you can't differentiate between the court case and the facts.
After the not guilty decision we are left with the below facts.
JT admitted saying the offensive words but he said he was repeating them.
The TV shows him saying those words.
At this point the debate should end. He shouldn't have said them. Or do you disagree?
Whether he's charged or not by the FA he's an idiot for using those words on a football pitch and I wouldn't condone him using them if he played for United. You obviously would.

Agreed.
And I haven't seen any United posters on here defending Rio. If they have then I'd take it up with them because they're just as bad as the Liverpool and Chelsea fans in my book.

i think terry probably is guilty but he was never going to be convicted on the evidence provided, but to be fair to him if he was just repeating an allegation, if someone said to me "hey dont call me a black c unt", id say "i didnt call you a black c unt"
At least for the reason that it turned into such a circus for all 3, I'm pretty sure all of them would have stayed silent or just made horrible references to the other players sisters and mothers private bits if they could wind back the clock.
And if you said that on a a football pitch on camera Mexican Rave then you'd be an idiot too and you'd deserve a charge from the FA.
and for the record i'm not trying to defend anyone. but for such a serious accusation i think the fa should be damn well sure of guilt before giving such a verdict as they run the risk of destroying peoples reputations and careers based on probability.
The question is is it ok to say what he said on a football pitch and get caught on camera saying it?
--------------------------
Well what did he exactly say? Can you prove the sentence and way it was said? If you could then he'd have been guilty
For the record, in the heat of the moment, if someone accussed me of calling them that you know what I would do? I'd say "whatever" and run away.
-------------------------
Yeah that's what you'd do, but your different to JT
if you said "whatever" and ran away you'd get lynched, if you're not guilty you've got to stand your ground and defend yourself.
if i was black(which im not) and i thought i heard someone being racist to me and i accused them of it and they just said whatever and ran off, id think they did say it but they just dont give a toss

------------------------------------------------------------------
In England, " Whatever" basically translates to "You're talking rubbish". So no, you wouldn't think I'd said it.
Anyway i'm done here, i've talked about this JT case to death already. See ya

What????????????????????????
This isn't the wild west Mexican.

--------------------------------------------------------------
No worries Mata.
It would have been nice if you'd answered the question though.
Ie is it acceptable to be caught saying what he said n camera? The fact is it isn't. And he's an idiot for getting caught.
whatever can mean anything it could mean "so what" and add to the fact that youd be at boiling point it could easily kick off
whatever can mean anything it could mean "so what" and add to the fact that youd be at boiling point it could easily kick off
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Why would I care? Trust me if JT had said "whatever" or even better been intelligent and ignored it then he'd be in the clear.
And quite how it would have kicked off when no one heard Anton say it to JT and the judge accepted that Anton didn't accuse JT of saying it is beyond me.
You see Chelsea fans are all happy to quote the court case on the bits it suits them but if we quote the court case JT was repeating something nobody has actually accussed him of saying. Fact.
no im not saying it would have kicked off at qpr chelsea because anton didnt accuse him at the time, i was just talking of a hypothetical sunday morning situation down the local park.
I'd also like to add this isn't about the court case, or about the heat of the moment, or about anything else.
This is about JT being seen on camera using racial language.
This is about Suerez using offensive racial language.
This is about Rio tweeting offensive racial words.
All idiots but only United fans - in the main - have condoned their player.
anyway ive had enough tonight im off to bed, good debating, we dont have to agree on everything- it would be boring if we did

---------------------------------------------------------------
Fair enough. Yes, down the local park it might kick off. Then again, if someone is accusing you of saying it's probably because you have, or for some strange reason they're making it up.
I suppose that's another thing to consider. Why accuse somebody of something if they haven't said it?
I think the FA are probably thinking the same thing.
i think rio's is the lesser of three evils here an the utd fans have behaved a lot better than the scousers especially even after suarez was found guilty and banned they still continued to defend him- disgraceful.
anyway i really am off to bed now, sleep tight dont let the bed bugs bite!
