I think Madrid is probably the only team in world football Pep wouldn't even consider managing so no, I don't think we'd ever try to approach him unless he specifically stated he wouldn't rule any club out.
I think Deulofeu's got a a lot more to his game than Bojan or Jeffren. Gio's a v talented player, but not consistent enough, while DLF doesn't seem to have that problem. He was subbed off to a standing ovation today.

I don't think it's unrealistic to suggest that Pep and Mourinho could be in charge of the Manc teams within 2 years.
