Time to give Sherwood some credit, he changed the formation today and it worked

Eriksen was great today, with Ade not far behind. In truth we probably should have had a few more, poor decision making especially in the first half let us down a couple of times.

Defence still scares the crap out of me, especially first half, but whatever they said to Bentaleb at half time made a real difference. That said I really hope Sandro is back for City as we give far too many chances away.

Pleased with the result and glad that Sherwood isn't so rigid in his approach that he can't mix the team up a bit.

Would have liked to have seen Soldado come on for Chadli though, this would have been a good opportunity to boost his confidence a bit.

Doubt we'll beat City so it was important to at least get the 3 points today

Sherwood seemed to get labelled with the 4-4-2 tag, but when he took over we had so many injuries and weren't scoring so it made sense to go back to basics. Now he's getting players back he can mix it up. Good to see.

Super, I agree with you there especially as Swansea were wide open on the counter. Strange decision to put Siggy on as he offers nothing on the counter attack due to a lack of pace.

Thought Sherwood made up for it with moving Walker up to replace Lennon..smart move that
