Why are we so shat in europe ?
Trippier isn't good against facking anyone.. utterly useless
Your apology is accepted.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
I never apologised there is a reason we got him cheap and that none of the other top teams were in for him.
Work it out for yourselves

Pick your battles mate, slating Wanyama isn't a winning one ahead of the majority of the rest of the squad.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Who has slated him? He is what he is and thats ok in the hustle and bustle of the prem agaisnt the likes of Stoke but against quality he gets sorted out.
Trippier is ok against the likes of Watford but at that level he gets found out sorry if you think differently but its a fact
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We aren't struggling because of Wanyama. Quite the opposite in fact. Not a single one of our attack minded players are in any kind of form whatsoever, and squad depth, in two competitions with injuries, has been tested and failed.
I'd like Poch to be our league manager and Harry rotating as our cup manager. It's so genius it might just work.
This aint an over reaction but something is very wromg at our club behind tbe scenes.
We aren't struggling because of Wanyama
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Are you lot totally dense or just idiots when it comes to reading?
I never blamed Wanyama for anything I just said he does not have enough quality to play CL and do well.
Is that so difficult to understand and interpret?
So who wants to lose to cska on the 7th then? Or do you think europa will still be good for our youngsters. Personally I am going to the game. My first champions league game ever. So I want us to win no matter what
I want to be in the Europa for sure. Love European football. Just only if Poch takes it seriously. Which he won't..

Why would he need extra quality in CL. You said Monaco aren't very good.
You said Monaco aren't very good.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
By Cl standards they are not have you ever heard of Real Madrid? Barcelona? Bayern Munich?
Are they up in that class? No they are not so we know you are stupid no need to prove it with your posts

Are you totally dense or just an idiot?
By pinpointing Wanyama above others more clearly at fault, you're clearly highlighting him as the issue.
It wasn't that hard to understand nor interpret.
Wanyama, in the Champions League, has scored no goals this season, creating no chances and no assists.
--------------------------------------------------------------
I rest my case

Amusingly Wanyama was MOTM for me in the game Celtic beat Barca.

And yet have consistently qualified for the knock out stages in recent years. So perhaps they are underestimated?
Or Wanyama facked it up for us....
It wasn't that hard to understand nor interpret.
---------------------------------------------------------------------
I suggest you read the starting post reference Wanyama and all the others since then work really hard and see if you can work it out
we've seriously declined since las year
Christ I knew the majority on here with thick but I never realised they were totally stuoid
So me believing that Wanyama is a good athlete but not a good footballer is now translated as he is to blame for everything.
Really? ok thickos united you win hands down
I don't think you are saying that grand. I just disagree with the importance of having a proper ball-playing DM in the final third
Footballers
Bale
Messi
Modric
Ronaldo
Athletes
Wanyama
Palacios
Stefan Freund
Can you see where this is going or do I need to hold your hands a while longer and guide you thru it?
I think you'll be hard pressed to find a single outfield player who showed any great quality this European campaign. Perhaps Walker had one game, I honestly don't remember. Not sure how collective failure and mismanagement demonstrates anything particular about Wanyama. Seems bizarre to mention him when the likes of Penson, Trippier and even Dier have been demonstrably worse. Let's be clear, Ali was absolutely appalling tonight. Wanyama was not. Although neither was he especially good. Although one can't expect defensive midfielders to carry supposedly creative players.
The same thinking would say Diarra, Flamini and Scott Parker were all poor players. Absoloute gash.

Varying degrees of styles in there, but none meet your definition of 'footballers' and yet, all footballers.
So you can let go of my hand now poppet.
Incredibly harsh to band Wanyama alongside Palacios and Parker
