I don't think this is even a game to prove a point when it comes to the FA Cup failure. If they want to prove a point regarding that then we'll have to wait until we're in a big game in a cup competition again.

In fact if they had won big today with a strong performance it would re-emphasise how much we bottled it in the semi.

We definitely need to freshen our approach up.

We don’t have players who can go past people and create space. How bad was Dembele in that first half. Really can’t believe how poor lot of players are performing. Somethings up. Maybe dressing room is not as rosy as it seems or players want a move

Yep, something is amiss for me, both Poch and Kane seemed flat in their post match interviews, add to that Poch`s recent comments in the media, though Kane could just be pist with the media after all the nonsense the last week or two.

Could it also be Poch has been told what his summer budget is and is not impressed, likewise Kane who is ambitious and will have seeked assurances of where the club is heading

Son and Trippier were both woeful tonight.

Just back from the game, thought Trippier linked up well down the right hand side. Dembele has a poor game I thought, Eriksen was superb again.

Trippier was okay going forward but defensively was weak but that’s a standard performance for him

2-0 got the job done, won’t hear too much moaning fro me. Must be hard the team to stay motivated after the fa semi. These things happen, should win our remaining games and get to 80 points for the 2nd season in a row which would be a fantastic achievement.

And tbh the whole team defensively looked shakey af.

I think it's time to drop Son and give Lucas the last 3 games. I love Son, but he's hardly firing on all cylinders recently is he?

Perfect example of Trippier being seen as some sort of scapegoat right here.

He was one of our better performers. Did you even watch the game sandy?

Well I went tonight and wished I had not bothered.

Trippier was simply woeful barring one good cross for the Kane goal. The first goal the cross was straight into the keepers arms albeit that he decided to drop it.

Son should have stayed in bed this morning.

That was probably the worst performance I have ever seen from Dembele I did not think it was possible for him to play as badly.

Kane actually looks like he is carrying a knock and is well out of sorts.

Lloris done well tonight

Vertonghen was the only one who looked assured and IMO was definitely our best player, yet again.

Dele done ok without being great and the same for Eriksen

Sanchez was ok nothing special

Dont even get me started on Davies I will be typing all night and there wont be any compliments in there at all

Dier did ok.

What made it worse is that Watford were total crap as well.

The only positive point was the 3 points

So two good saves from Lloris both from shots from our right hand side of the pitch

A desperate lunge by Lloris outside his box yet again on the right hand side of the pitch

An effort blazed over AFTER Deeney headed down from a cross that came from, yes you guessed it, our right hand side of the pitch after our right back had sold himself like a kipper to theri wide player.

Out of curiosity do you have your television upside down?

Okay you can’t actually explain anything, even I can but he was one of our brighter players last night. We got a clean sheet, and Tripps had a hand in both goals. Pathetic fans we have.
