Okay you can’t actually explain anything,
-------------------------------------------------------------------

Just did sunshine. Went to the game and then watched it again on the tv when I got home just to see if Trippier really was as bad as I thought he was.

I suggest you stop thinking about the two crosses he put in and concentrate on what he did wrong.

By the way I was kind, I never even mentioned the ridiculous ball he let go under his foot to go out for a throw to them when he had about 20 minutes and nobody for about 3 miles to put pressure on him.

Still you probably missed that as well

If anything it was down the left that let Watford in behind our defence.
------------------------------------------------------------------

??????????????

So two good saves from Lloris both from shots from our right hand side of the pitch

A desperate lunge by Lloris outside his box yet again on the right hand side of the pitch

An effort blazed over AFTER Deeney headed down from a cross that came from, yes you guessed it, our right hand side of the pitch after our right back had sold himself like a kipper to theri wide player.

Out of curiosity do you have your television upside down?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The Richarlison shot actually came from the left. Furthermore the Lloris clearance from outside his box had little to do with Trippier because their should have been ample enough cover for when he was attacking up the pitch. Fact is Trippier played a huge part on both goals we scored, and we kept a clean sheet. Yes mate and I also went to the game, but you don’t see me moaning because we won, and that’s all that matters.

What you think he did wrong didn’t lead to anything, what he did right led to both our goals. How thick are you?

Well I went tonight and wished I had not bothered.

Trippier was simply woeful barring one good cross for the Kane goal. The first goal the cross was straight into the keepers arms albeit that he decided to drop it.

Son should have stayed in bed this morning.

That was probably the worst performance I have ever seen from Dembele I did not think it was possible for him to play as badly.

Kane actually looks like he is carrying a knock and is well out of sorts.

Lloris done well tonight

Vertonghen was the only one who looked assured and IMO was definitely our best player, yet again.

Dele done ok without being great and the same for Eriksen

Sanchez was ok nothing special

Dont even get me started on Davies I will be typing all night and there wont be any compliments in there at all

Dier did ok.

What made it worse is that Watford were total crap as well.

The only positive point was the 3 points
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Please explain why Trippier was woeful? Genuinely thought he had a good game, was crucial in both goals like it or not. If anything it was down the left that let Watford in behind our defence. Was one of our better players.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Trippier cannot run back any faster than a snail.
That's his main problem. He gets burnt every time he gets upfield and loses the ball, or someone else loses the ball while he's still upfield.
Trip just does not have Walker's run back speed.

Grandspur, I absolutely agree Trippier was woeful, to many supporters keep on about a couple of crosses he put in, conveniently forgetting how bad his defending was, he was beaten time and time again. Really is a weak link.

I was at the match as well, and pretty well saw the game as you did. Son, Dier, Dembele and Trippier were all woeful. Davies not much better. Sanchez, Ali and Eriksen all OK, Verts best player, Lloris had one of his better games, Kane Still out of sorts, but he did score again.

If you think a clean sheet and a hand in both goals classifys as ‘woeful’ then you clearly have an agenda. A shame you can’t just support the team.

---------------------------------------------------------------------

As me and Sandy were both at the game I would consider that supporting the team. Were you there?

The only reason we got a clean sheet was because they were crap it was not because we defended well.

Hi FBK

As much as I want to see us win all our remaining games, I think I'm more bothered about whether Kane can get the GB/break the record.
