U21s....A guy named paul brush who had been working at the club in a part time capacity. Strange appointment when we had both kieran mckenna and ugo ehiogu waiting in the wings. I dont know enough about paul but I would suggest it was a mates appointment by sherwood. Steffen freund is the assistant.

U18s...john mcdermott and kieran mckenna.

John mcdermott is the head of the academy however tim sherwood basically took all of his duties. Its a bit too complex to explain on here but basically we have round pegs in square holes all across the back room staff.

Your not wrong mate. Ramsey did the coaching ferdy shouts a bit and sherwood would be in the offices somewhere coming out for the last 20 mins.

In fairness to sherwood he is known to be brilliant with the kids signing for spurs and their families. A youth sporting director if you will.

Sounds to me like Sherwood wangled his way in and got to the top of the pile without actually doing much on the football side of things.
