Oh come on mate. That is such a losers mentality. No game should be a write off or a free hit, we aren’t Burnley. Nobody at this club demands success, that mentality infects every layer of the culture of THFC from the fans to the players to board. The whole season has been unacceptable but with where we are currently a result at City was never going to happen, it was always going to be what happens in the games afterwards.

City will run away with the league. Our concern is the teams we're competing with for top 4.

We are not competing for the top 4 mate get real, 3 wins in 12 PL games all exclusively against relegation fodder and promoted teams. I can tell you categorically this team will not finish top 6.

If we are ever going to turn a corner (doubtful I know) from the rubbish form and performances we've seen in the last month, this game wasn't going to be part of us turning that corner is all I'm saying. We might have already possibly turned a bit of a corner and have an ok run after this. City are that good that they could have beaten us in the midst of us being on a few wins today.

It doesn’t look the same. V city earlier there was a pattern - quick turn over of possession with fast passing forward - absolutely none of that today - it’s been stodgy in the middle and directionless

Yes I do. This game was a write off after the Everton game. Nothing changes in my mind. We get a few well needed days off and go on again next Thursday.

Makes you wonder if we had a decent manager, bale might have been played into form.

You have good players imo, no doubt but you have to question what Jose is doing with them, if they are playing for him any more?

He's your manager but gotta feel his methods, style of play and ways of man management are outdated nowadays?

And we have a lot of players who are not up to it. Same players who make the same mistakes week in week out. buck stops with the manager but he also needs the tools to work with . Clear out needed .
