Papac and Izzy are two completely different players even though they both play Left back.

Papac is much more solid player and better defensively. Izzy is a lot better going forward.

Celtics defence was awful last season (even though they had the least goals conceded in the league) Celtic used attack as there form of defence. When we sat back against Celtic we lost. Most teams invinted Celtic on to them and when they did Izzy was a great player.

However as was said above when people had a go at Celtic and Izzy in particular he was a weak link.

For that reason alone I would take Papac everyday of the week.

Izzy won player of the year, as it's voted for earlier than it should be and it's easier to vote for attack minded players. He can't defend for toffee though.

He didn't start to play well UNTIL January going by what you said. I'm more inclined to believe that Man U had him watched for more than a few weeks.
