Maybe SAF rubbed it on his nose lol.....................
Shelvery told fergie he controls the refs and the game
Fergie would have just drank it whatever it was, therefore this story is not true.

Surely if that were so, SAF would already know this.
Fergie WUMmed Shelvey then laughed at him as he went into a fit of rage.
What was all that "where I come from we don't grass people up" business?
Did he think no-one saw what happened?

I didn't get where he was coming from there, either.
Something lost in the translation between scouse and English perhaps.
It's very easy, he was angered at both Ferdinand and Fergie telling the referee to send him off.
He reacted badly in the heat of the moment, then apologised for it and explained why he did it. Move on, it's not a big deal.

He's not a scouser VC, he's from Romford. Apparently in Romford they don't grass people up to get them sent off

SAF didn't know that Shelvey is part of the mafia. The laugh that you could see on his lips as Shelvey disappeared down the tunnel was an attempt to disguise the pure fear that SAF felt as he realised he was likely to wake up to find Andy Carroll's head in the bottom of his bed.
"Watch it, he's got a shooter!
Its OK, Alex, it's only Luis Suarez"
"Where I come from, people don't grass other people up to get sent off" why not? what's wrong with being a grass? Jonjo's total loss of self-constraint was embarrassing. I hope we was embarrassed too by Fergie laughing, openly, at him. Talk about a wind-up merchant personified!!! Brendan, coming out a openly criticising Mark Halsey (does that mean Halsey will now change his mind and rescind the red card then?) didn't shower himself in glory. There's defending your own player, and there's criticising someone over whom you have no control. The two don't go together. jimmyTheRed
Jimmy, this fixture never shows either club in a particularly good light, whether its on or off the pitch. To be fair Rodgers could (and probably) should have been talking magnanimously about a victory, ten men or not, in which case all this rubbish wouldn't have come out. You learn more about people in defeat than victory though I always think.
Valid points there, The Post, valid points. I fully agree. jimmyTheRed
He had a go at rio also,If it was any other day I gurantee rio would have slapped him.

Shelvey is just lucky that it was in front of so many people on live TV, or Rio would have merked him for sure.
Rio crapped himself when Shelvey went at him and stopped touting.

Cobblers TOOR. Rio will never stop selling his family ticket allocation.
Well he might, he doesn't want them to know he's afraid of a twenty year old boy.
Well, not even Rio is stupid enough to mess with someone as well connected as Shelvey.
Come on now, we're talking about Rio here. He'd put his hand in a lion's mouth if you told him, it was ok.
He's not the sharpest I suppose. Shelvey is a big lad though for 20 isn't he? He's looked decent when I've seen him this season. How do you rate him.
