It's not just about the big calls for me.

The other night Wisdom got booked for a great tackle that won the ball cleanly without aggression and played it off the opponent for what should have been a goal kick.

It's decisions like that more than pens that wind me up. Pens are always very difficult for refs to call because they are usually in crowded penalty areas, and they get no help from useless assistants either.

I agree with a lot that's been said on here. The biggest problem I see is that while football has come on leaps and bounds, the standard of refereeing hasn't.

Players are more skillful than they've ever been, faster pitches, lighter balls, the action is happening far too quickly sometimes that the refs don't catch all the incidents but what are they doing about it, it would appear, not very much.

The things that are less forgivable are the things they 'see' that didn't actually happen rather than the ones that got away.

All clubs suffer. Everton had two good goals disallowed against Newcastle had blatant pen turned down v Leeds got lucky against Swansea. Just happens only time I honestly think it was dodgy was the Clattenburg derby. So many decisions Moyes post match accuses ref FA drop charges against Moyes and he has never reffed at Goodison again.

No doubt as a result.you will get some sort.of soft decision on back of this. To have a Liverpool manager complaining about refs is quite funny considering how much they benefit especially over the years.

I hope Mike Riley didn't have a bad line and end up hearing Brendan growling at him. If we get two sent off in the first half at Carrow Road, we can safely assume it went badly.
