Why bother? Unless you need more muscles for a reason other than vanity then spare yourself the hassle

The 2 four-mile runs you're doing might be burning off too much.

double your protein intake and cut down on your cardio. can't be massive and super fit.

Have you tried adding an extra 200-400 cals each day...It sounds like you are just training at a calorie equilibrium?

To a certain degree you can. But if Craig is wanting to put on serious mass he's better dropping his cardio down a level. Also have a look at your diet, 6 small meals a day low fat high protein

Theres a multiplicity of things you need to do, sometimes you just cant notice it on yourself but you should take measurements?

Chest, Waist, Biceps size?

When i was 18/19 I spent at least 1 year training 2hours+ every day and you would be lucky if I put on 5lbs...Biggest mistake was not eating enough.

most body builders are consuming double their daily calorie allowance....they usually eat 5 or 6 times a day.

you can't put on serious mass maintaining 2500 cals a day. also look at other forms of exercise. some of the drills and exercises in boxing are great for building muscle

Really? What if your pretty hefty built to begin with.. Ive got a stupidly high rib cage and a smallish pot belly? Do i need to eat a lot to build my upper body, or lower it to get rid of my body fat.. decisions..

Some good thoughts there guys. Will increase my protein intake for starters and start smaller meals......failing that ill give Lance a call

Im really not benching that much as I have athritis in my shoulder so I have to be careful. But after each work out I certainly feel the burn and my muscles bulging.
