I do agree, think DJ had long enough to know who was up to the job in the championship and then improve on the weakest positions with 3 or 4 quality signings to bolster our 1st team, with maybe a couple of youngsters to bolster the squad. We seem to have completely disrupted our team with so many new faces and it's taking a long time to settle.

Good points poite and good article too our team from last season has definately been disrupted from last season and as I've said before dj has made some duff signings. As I hate to say it but maybe it is time for Mandy to splash his dollar a little in January on a new striker and right winger I think, not loan signings. Not silly money but enough to make two quality signings to help us.

no doubt about it dj is a top manager. your just missing that bit of extra quality. hope you turn things around very soon.

We signed too many players who haven't really improved us a great deal. This will ultimately cost DJ his job if they don't hurry up and gel. I don't think you can say MM didn't spend money, if anything he needed to focus DJ on signing 5-6 quality championship players not a 12 + players.

I like DJ but feel his time is coming to an end. Hope we turn a corner soon.

We have to be realistic but who do we think we can sign to improve our team, would be prepared to sign on a permanent basis, cost within our budget and not break the bank on wages?
