A young British woman has revealed the three things every expat must know before moving to Australia - after having to learn the hard way.

Charlee, 25, is 'living the dream Down under' but claims some things have left her in a deep state of shock.

Her first 'shocking' piece of advice is to ditch any ideas of 'speedy deliveries'.

'If you are going on a night out in three days time and you think you will just order an outfit, you are so wrong,' she said.

She went on to explain that in the UK they have Asos Premiere where you can order clothes and have them delivered the next day, or buy something on Amazon Prime at 6pm and receive it in less than 24 hours.

World Athletics has banned transgender women from competing in elite female competitions if they have gone through male puberty, the sport's governing body said on Thursday.

The council also voted to tighten restrictions on athletes with Differences in S ex Development (DSD), cutting the maximum amount of plasma testosterone for athletes in half, to 2.5 nanomoles per litre from five.

The tighter rules will impact DSD athletes such as two-times Olympic 800 metre champion Caster Semenya, Christine Mboma, the 2020 Olympic silver medallist in the 200m, and Francine Niyonsaba, who finished runner-up to Semenya in the 800 at the 2016 Olympics.

World Athletics president Sebastian Coe told a news conference that the decision to exclude transgender women was based 'on the overarching need to protect the female category by restricting the participation of trans athletes.'

He added that WA would form a task force to study the issue of trans inclusion that would be chaired by a transgender athlete.

A zebra has been returned to its home at a zoo in South Korea's capital, Seoul, after spending three hours on the loose.

The male zebra, named Sero, which means vertical in Korean, broke free from Seoul Children's Grand Park Zoo on Thursday afternoon.

Police, fire officials and zoo staff were all involved in trying to safely capture him.

Videos posted online showed the animal trotting past traffic on a busy road.

Sero was also seen wandering down a street and poking his nose into garbage bins in a residential area close to where he escaped in the city's east.

One-thousand, two-hundred and 19 days since his last match in charge of his country, Michael O'Neill's mission could not be any more different as he begins his second spell as an international manager.

An understrength side lost 6-1 to Germany in what was a meaningless Euro qualifier that night in November 2019, but it would be difficult for any Northern Ireland supporter to countenance anything but victory in the tiny San Marino Stadium in Serravalle.

Having been handed as kind a qualification draw as many of those fans could have wished for, Northern Ireland will kick off their bid to reach the Euro 2024 finals against a country currently bottom of Fifa's world rankings, in 211th place.

As stark an indication as that might be as to San Marino's level, there are more. The country with a population of 33,745, the lowest of any other Uefa member, have never won a competitive match in 166 attempts since they began playing international matches in 1990.

Their only victory in an international came in a friendly against Liechtenstein in 2004, while their solitary point in Euro qualifying came in a 0-0 draw at home to Estonia in 2014.

Davide Simoncini (born 30 August 1986) is a Sanmarinese footballer who plays as a defender for Sammarinese club Tre Fiori and captains the San Marino national team.

Simoncini made his debut for San Marino in 2006 in a friendly against Albania, coming on as a substitute. He is La Serenissima's third most capped player and the most capped player still active.

Simoncini and his twin brother, Aldo, both scored an own goal each against Sweden on 7 September 2010, becoming the first twins to accomplish such a feat in an international competition.

Michael O'Neill's second spell as manager got off to a winning start as Dion Charles gave Northern Ireland a 2-0 away victory in San Marino.

The in-form Bolton striker settled his side's nerves with his first international goal on 23 minutes and added a second soon after the break.

NI got the win they were expected to as they began their Euro 2024 bid against the world's lowest-ranked side.

O'Neill's men host Finland at Windsor Park on Sunday.

The Finns lost away to top seeds Denmark in Wednesday evening's other Group H encounter, while Slovenia had earlier opened the group with a 2-1 away win over Kazakhstan

A chorus of 'We love you Michael, we do' belted out from the ever-vocal 1,000-strong Northern Ireland travelling support as they welcomed back the manager who led them to the Euro 2016 finals during his successful first tenure that ended abruptly in 2020 due to the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Having won just four times in 24 competitive matches under Ian Baraclough since then, San Marino provided inviting opponents for O'Neill's return as they are now without a single win in all of their 161 competitive outings and sitting in 211th in the Fifa rankings.

Youngsters Shea Charles and Conor Bradley both delivered hugely mature and impressive performances for Northern Ireland, while Everton youngster Isaac Price joined Cameron McGeehan in making their senior international debuts in the second half.

Chelsea defender Reece James will miss England's Euro 2024 qualifier against Ukraine at Wembley on Sunday through injury.

The 23-year-old has returned to the Premier League club for what the Football Association says is "assessment of an ongoing issue".

James came on for Arsenal's Bukayo Saka after 85 minutes of Thursday's 2-1 win over Italy in Naples.

Manager Gareth Southgate has decided not to call up any replacements.

James missed last year's World Cup with a knee injury and picked up another knee problem in December which kept him out for another month.

The remainder of the England squad, including the suspended Luke Shaw, will continue their preparations at the Tottenham Hotspur training ground on Saturday.

Former England goalkeeper Ben Foster kept a clean sheet on his second Wrexham debut as the National League leaders beat York City 3-0.

Wrexham's opener came late in the first half when James Jones' shot hit the bar and went in off keeper Ryan Whitley.

Sam Dalby headed in Ben Tozer's long throw to double the lead before Elliot Lee's late third registered Wrexham's 100th league goal of the season.

The win keeps Wrexham three points clear at the top of the table.

Foster, 39, made second-half saves from Ryan Fallowfield and Mitch Hancox in his first appearance since coming out of retirement earlier this week to rejoin Wrexham, who he played for on loan in 2005.

Second-placed Notts County beat lowly Scunthorpe to maintain pressure on Wrexham, although Phil Parkinson's men have a game in hand.

Wrexham's Hollywood owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney were part of a 10,161 crowd at The Racecourse, the Welsh side's highest gate of the season.
