Think the difference between Puyol and Ramos is greater than the one between Yaya and De Rossi. Add in Higuain for Aguero / Hamsik for Bale and I'd accept I think
Gomez could work in my formation, but I'd need another AM like Hulk who plays wider. Atm I've got Hamsik who only seems to be rated through the centre, and Mata who's not going to stick to the wings and cross all game. How's about:
