Tevez is rated higher than Ibra on this I think. He got 12 last season, Ibra only got 8

On current form I would say Suarez is better than Ibra. I certainly prefer Kaka to Cleverly, bench or not.

Neither Kaka nor Gerrard seem to hold the ratings they used to so have to say no to that. An improvement in defence is not worth losing big time in midfield for me.
