Although Levy is a total his lairy selling policy is excellent. Sides know they're going to have to pay silly money to buy their best players.

Wish we showed a bit more backbone when it comes to selling

I think bale will give us another season or two then head to Madrid.

I think bale would easily get in the Madrid team now let alone two years. Who is he up against? Angel 'the most overrated played on 606' Di Maria and ozil? Ozil is class, but bale is more dynamic. Madrid have been woeful this season, and bale would have a big impact over there.

I think its a myth that Levy's selling policy is any good.

"and will argue the 23-year-old still has the potential to reach that level."

My little sister has the potential to reach that level.

Any of you can have her for the bargain price of £10m

How come? 35m for Modric, 30 odd for Berbatov, 18 or so for Carrick

Di Maria, Ozil and Ronaldo are all better than Bale.

Bale may get in the team at left back though.

Not if Marcelo and Coentrao are still there he wouldn't. Bale this season has been a lot better than Di maria

True, thunder.

Form isn't everything though. Real Madrid have been terrible by their amazingly high standards. You could argue Mata and RVP have been in better form than Ronaldo this season, neither are near his level though.

Mourinho is the reason they're underperforming.

My house was worth a lot more than it is now a few years ago, but saying that it could all change again.

Ronaldo will soon leave, Bale will probably replace him

So true. Mou manage to devide Real Madrid's dressing room.

Madrid play counter attack. Bale would be perfect for them

What makes you say Ronaldo will leave?

posted on 30/12/12

Because he's coming back to United. The reception he'll get as a returning player in the champions league will make him realise he's not loved by the Madrid fans like he was at United.

One can dream, Thunder.

Mourinho will soon leave and they'll get more of a yes man in.

Can see Madrid getting slightly better (not to Barca's level) and the inter-squad fighting coming to an end.

I don't think Real Madrid will let a money making cow like Ronaldo leave just because he is feeling a little sad atm. It will take crap loads to buy him...or if he is really unhappy he will wait till his contract runs out. Not sure when it ends.

Anyone that says Neymar is overrated has not watched him enough. Probably watched 20 minutes of an international game and made their mind up.

As good as Mourinho is they never should have sacked Pellegrini.

I really hope Malaga finish above Madrid. That'd be two fingers to their muggy board.

"Neymar has far more ability than Robinho. Whether he achieves his potential is yet to be known, but his talent alone makes his market value very high."

Completely false, I'm afraid. He's better now yes. But that has more to do with Robinho regressing.

2005 when Robinho came out, he was a bigger talent than Neymar no doubt.

Neymar is easily among the most overrated players around now.
He's done f all, yet he's being ranked among the top players.

He is certainly not "average" either as greengrArsenal is claiming.

I don't think Robinho had the talent he did. That was my point. I agree with your other points though but he certainly has the potential.

posted on 30/12/12

I think you're forgetting just how incredible Robinho was when he first came out.

posted on 30/12/12

Nah, just never rated him that highly.
