GT, I think people are fully entitled to change their opinions on anything. It doesn't make them fickle at all.

What I don't like is idiots like ficklepatrol abusing me all the time for being 'negative' and 'fickle' when I have found far more frequent and extreme examples of him doing the same himself.

No he can't. He will have a solid set of goal tallies each season for us though.

If you can't watch Suarez and not admit to his obvious talent then I don't know what a player has to do.

He has it all

1. Incredible workrate - Easily seen in every game he plays
2. Great touch - Look at the goal he scored v Newcastle, chest down a ball over his shoulder, one touch round the keeper and goal.
3. Great strike of the ball - pick one of his many goals v Norwich, also can hit a good free kick - Goal v City at Anfield this season.
4. Vision - 50 yard goal V Norwich - not many players will even try it, let alone pull it off. Also he has a number of assists so can play a good final ball.
5.Movement - It's fantastic and he never stops, plenty of defenders have said he's a nightmare to mark and how often does he end up in space in the final 3rd?
6. Dribbling - Again it's fantastic, people go on about how he runs through players but he nearly always wins the rebounds, anyone who's played football at any level will tell you that the players who win the rebounds in that situation is the player who want's it more.

I could go on and on but he's pure quality and it's plain to see. There are plenty of players out there who are better at individual things then Suarez is but there is not that many players who have as good a combination of attributes as Suarez and it's this that makes a player great.

I'm a bit biased as I'm a Liverpool fan but I've watched every game Suarez has played for Liverpool and for what my opinion is worth I'd put Suarez up there with Gerrard, Folwer and McManaman as the best players I've ever seen for Liverpool.

To say he's nothing special reeks of personal dislike of him or the club.

I should have added he can be wasteful in front of goal and has a tendency to overrun the ball and try to do too much on his own which is frustrating at times.

But the qualities in his game far outshine the frailties.
