As I so boldly stated yesterday Jacko et al there'll be NO managerial appointment today ~ however Hoyle does spell out/put a little more meat on the bone of his prospective eventual Managerial criteria :--

(a) Acceptance of working to a budget at the Lower End of the Cham Pionship Clubs league.

(b) A Willingness to Unearth Talent and Developing Same, rather than seeking a Quick Incoming Player Crisis Fix.

(c) A genuine grafting work ethic (which is very much what i've been saying all along in my last couple of threads) but crucially a Track Re cord of WINNING Matches!!!!!

Then goes on to make clear the next manager MUST Buy into this Vision rather than Imposing Demands ..

Finally Dean goes on to say :--

"It Might NOT be a job for someone who has been there and done it their way" which is clearly a very TELLING remark to make indeed ..

Experience and skills in certain areas...proven ability to motivate, appropriate qualifications etc etc.

Agreed Jacko .. Its been a long process of Dumbing Down supporter expectation of an exciting proven Manager appointmnt a la the likes of 'Know All' Cas's much vaunted "P Di Canio will get the gig" or as we all of us felt in the first 48 hrs that - Nigel Adkins was 'nailed on' ~ Though i have to say in my mind its more likely that Adkins didn't give the expected 'nod' to Dean in that first week, obviously because of all those pretty restrictive caveats detailed in my early morning post, than Dean not wishing to appoint him ..

He (Dean) has certainly left himself plenty of wriggle room however and WHO knows Who will be our next Manager .. Dean/ Clibbens.. ?

Anyway J Carragher will be in the market come season end .. ..
