Wonder if they are still interviewing today, or are calling back the final group for a practical exercise over the weekend...?
Maybe a match analysis for the Cardiff game...a training session on Monday...perhaps 20 questions and some group role play...you know, touchy feely stuff.
Then, on Tuesday ...all day spent on Playstation , simulated football manager..?
On Wednesday, they could be dropped by the Yorkshire Air Ambulance in some remote location with no money..and see how they get back to base ?
This could go on for ever...
Think you've about got it there Jacko OH and just in case ANYONE gets 'Touchy Feely' at my suggestion in an earlier post that Cas1987 is someone who thinks he - 'Knows It All' - These are very much his own (description) words not mine ~ At least you got that one right Cas .. .. ..
Radio Leeds ARE Reporting that Nicky Butt is on Towns short list ?
Stand By !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So Was Rob Page .. Him and Bazza Horne were the Best Thing that happened to us in many a year .. and then there was Iain Dunn
“... as we all of us felt in the first 48 hrs that - Nigel Adkins was 'nailed on'... “
Someone speaking on my behalf again, sans consultation!
I didn’t feel that Adkins was 'nailed on', 'screwed down', 'hooked up', 'pinned together', 'stapled through', 'tacked on', or 'fastened tight'. Not a bit of it!
It is impossible to predict the future before it happens.

Butt, Far from it being impossible, in fact ~ Anyone CAN Predict the future .. Of course whether they get it right or nots another Matter, Particle, Ion, etc etc .. ..
You didn't mention 'No nails' ....good stuff that...
As for Sticky Butt, well...maybe a pack of wet ones..?
i would think that most of the adkins posts were "tongue in cheek"...
i wasnt even sure wether he would speak to us other than being polite..
even though he was sacked by the saints, the whole football world thinks its because his chairman is a complete "tool"..
he was always going to be offered a better job than ours, and he will wait for it..
nicky butt.... who knows.. at least he played in a successfull team under a succesfull manager, unlike a previous incumbent...
Nicky Butt (NO Management experience at ANY Level whatsoever) You gotta be kidding me .. This is the frickin Championship we're in .. Coupled with an experienced past master then maybe .. On
his own .. What a fooking Gamble and not half .. Whew I've gotta question someones sanity here ..
So basically Dean is looking for what Lee Clarke presented us with when he first walked through the doors.
Good football
Buy young talent for pennies and sell on for megabucks
Promote good youth players from within and improve the chances of them getting 1st team footy.
So Hoyle is going for a Clarky type character,,,, Albeit one who does not ask for any extra funds,,,,,,,,,,,, 20 years too late for Dario Gradi,,,,,, I do hope someone is in charge for the start of next season as the new man will want t have a good look at all the kids before we start our season back in the 3rd tier,,,,,,,,,,,,
Said it from day one all hoyles doing is getting somone on the cheap .
Brûlée beef (or is it horsemeat?)
The prediction line was a joke.
I'll publish something shortly that isn't a joke, and then you will be able to tell the difference.
Of course, I can't fortell what it will be.
UDelu .. I will try and PREDICT what it is .. right here goes ..
An attempt at Justification.. .. for some sort of misnomer ..
htfc seem to have totally dropped off the "radar"..
dean will have to do any announcements to the media naked and with kelly brook hanging off him to get any interest..
Sky sports have been doing a long article on some rugby league player who now has his face on tins of soup???
Once we drop below rugby league in media interest and coverage the games up for deano...
Aye 38,,, But you have to agree, Rugby League is a smashing game, Am looking forward to the Giants game on sunday after missing the Saints game to go to Derby.
If giants played in my back garden on Sunday i would shut my curtens , and if the ball came through my window I wouldn't give it em back .
i dont do rugby league..
was "requested" to play union whilst working for HM ...due to being "usefull" in line outs, scrums etc.. hated it...good for getting the aggression out though...we had some excellent "trips", hong kong was an eye opener for an "impressionable" 19 year old... went back for "work" a few years later, not the same...
playing against the RUC or the Prison Service/police was just an excuse for a row, enjoyable as it was!!!!!!!
Rugby league, too much stop/start for me...
Great sport is rugby league and I've been to many games both at Wakey Trinity and at the Giants but I can't, no wait..I won't return to watch the Giants until we get our shares back in the stadium.
I hope they do well but I can't put money in Kens pocket until we get that share back, the same applies to pies and beer at the footy none shall pass my lips until the shares come back
38 feels the same way about ken ,but you can't expect the fat c* nt to leave of the pies .
Best line ever loui old lad
Rugby League is a real game played by real men, who take the hard knocks, dust themselves down and get on with it, without any back chat or complaints to the officials.
They also play for peanuts compaired to the current, over pampered bunch of soccer stars, who are nowt but a load of wimps, divers and con men, who have little or no respect for the officials.
So don't knock rugby league, because I witnessed more honest endeavour in the Giants v Saints match, than I have done all season watching Town, with maybe the possible exception of the Leicester and Palace games.
