Arsenal vs Chelsea was a massive turning point for both clubs.
Fat Frank lost the game and lost his job and Tuchel turned there season into 2 cup finals. Arteta, who probably would have been sacked kept his job and flushed our season down the toilet.

Have no idea who RA appointed to the Chelsea board. Seems obvious to say, but they must be experienced football people.
It is possible. So why have KSE failed Arsenal so badly in not doing likewise?

And we replace them with?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Most don't need replacing, tbh. With no European football we should streamline the squad.
12 are already not at the club.
Of those still here, Nelson and Nketiah are barely involved and have others already in place to overtake them.
Right back is an obvious upgrade area, while Leno seemingly wants to go.
Elneny is back up, and the streamlining of the squad allows him to go. CM is another obvious area for improvement.
Lacazette is the only issue really, as buying a striker is an expensive and tough art. But he is off sooner or later.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Upgrade on Elneny alone is 35m for Sander Berge π€ͺ or whatever Brighton demand for Bissouma
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Does Sander Berge score?
Score?
He doesn't even play!

Thing is, I watched last night and I just didn't care. Shame.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I swear watching the first 20 min yesteday I knew w wouldnt qualify for the final.
Kind of expected the outcome. And honestly I was somehow prepared to be disappointed. I dont care.
When fans begin not bothering anymore this club is in real danger.
The only thing that makes me happy is that Kroenke losing serious money now we arent play internationally next season. Losing money is the only thing Stan been bothered off.
You cancelled your direct debit Gunth?
Partey has been awful this year but I wouldn’t write him off yet.
Compare Kante who was supposedly finishing under Fat Frank and is now the best DM in the world again under Tuchel.
Players should take a lot of responsibility for their dreadful performances but I wouldn’t judge most of them until they played for a proper manager.

In my view this is a sinking ship.
Sack Arteta, appoint Sarri, Conte or Rodgers.....a season later we still stuck at the same point.
The only way to get out of this misery is a new owner who brings in a new philosophy, passion and dont care about FFP rules.
Same clubs that the media prasing for their efforts now are the same club who really been bothered of FFP.

Look we all know the owners are toxic and don’t give a feck but it doesn’t mean a more qualified manager won’t have a more positive impact than we have had under Arteta.
Would hate to get Sarri as manager and tbh I’m not that fond of Conte either. If we are going to go down the route of long term appointment/project then we should do it with managers who have proven they can last more than 3 years in a job. Somebody like Poch, Ten Haag, Rodgers, etc

But not over requirements. We needed to adjust more position than one. Yes we bought Thomas for example but at the same time we loaned Torreira. Not that I am the biggest fan of him but it shows what is wrong. We arent ruthless.
No doubt we also made mistakes and overpaid. That isnt Kroenke's fault.
