I think it hurts that the manager couldn't judge the positive impact Emi had on the defence and didn't really give him enough credit for winning the FA Cup. Emi has gone strength to strength winning Argies the Copa after so many years. Whereas Ramsdale is unproven at this point.

I wish the best to the kid but incompetency by the manager and a subservient technical director is cutting.

Pretty much any neutral fan would agree and most Arsenal fans too. Just because we are signing him doesn’t suddenly mean that he’s gonna become a good player. Man was relegated 2 seasons in a row and now he’s coming to Arsenal who will be battling relegation if we don’t boot Artitler. What could possibly go wrong 🤷‍♂️

Thats not true. A lot of goals he conceded can be put down to the ineptness of the defenders in front of him. The worry is of course Arteta's coaching may mean he has to do that again.

How is it not true? He was dropping clangers every 2nd week. Statistically he was ranked something like 16th in the league. He’s garbage
