What does it say about the 'hierarchy's' faith in Arteta if we don't sign a replacement even after Auba's departure?

How have they massively out strung him?

Auba, AMN, Saliba, Gwen, Balogun are all players that can offer something to the squad. The board never forced Titler to ostracise and banish all of them simply because he doesn’t like them personally
