Calm down all. We are doing all of our madness in the next summer.

No chance, Castor. He will become our best striker since Adebayor

All them players listed by Castor were signed with little expectation of sell on value, left in their 30s (bar Mustafi) and gave decent service. Not really sure of the issue tbh.

Plus we got Mkhitaryan for Alexis, wasn't free.

offered 60M for Sanchez so I guess there was resale value there

When we signed Mustafi we were desperate because of an injury crisis with all of our CB's. Big mistake.

20.26 - Tim Akinola seems to be doing his best to get off on the wrong foot with the Dundee United fans.

In an interview with his new club's official website, he said: "A few days ago my agent rang me and said, 'I spoke to Dundee and they are interested in you'.

"There are two teams in Dundee and I didn’t even ask him what one.

"I looked at the table to see there were two Dundees. I thought it was the other one, not Dundee United and I was like, oh.

"They are a decent club but I found out a day later it was United when he told me their position."

Sanchez was a special case. Wenger believed he could convinced him to stay. He might have signals from the player at that time. It was too late then.

One for the historians on this thread. In 135 years, how many contracts have we cancelled up to 2020? And how does that compare to the last two years?
