I thought you were poking fun at West Ham for saying they were good.
We're favourites for top4 and now we have the usual banter lads desperate for it not to happen

Lack of goals is what will probably cost us unless a saka or Laca go on a hot streak

This is going to be a real negative comment, BUT, I really doubt the managers motivation for getting top 4. The way the club drove out Auba and then failed to replace him really irks me. A manager fighting for his job would slap Auba on the wrist and get him back in the team. We/he needs goals and it really annoyed me that "the club" decided to not only release him but not to get some sort of cover in for him. It's almost like Arteta knows the club are comfortable with him not getting top 4 this year.

What is more annoying for me is that we werent prepared for the transfer window at all yet again. Dont know what has happened with Arteta and Auba but not having an idea to replace him is what irks me.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
GT, Auba is a troublemaker. We all knew it. Yes he lots of goals, but the club knew his issues and decided to take him. Sweet. Auba then needed to be sold off. Sweet. No issues with it. Where's the replacement. Where's the backup plan? Auba kicked off with his issues a month before AFCON but 2 months later we had no plans barring a striker who's agent weren't even returning our calls.
Let's be honest, Arsenal (and I include the owners plus management in this) aren't serious about Top 4.

I don't think it was anything, Arteta is just too strict and Auba is too laid back, if he was scoring it would've been a different issue

No. But it is a KPI for the big trophy.
Goobers: our dealing in the transfer market is AWFUL!!!
Also a Goobers: just sign someone... anyone FFS!!!
Kurt Zouma kicked a cat and was in the team the next day. Even if Zouma kicked Moyes' nan, he'd be in the team the next day. That's cos he's vital for West Ham and their chances of top 4.
Nah, Arsenal aren't serious about top 4 this season. Even Edu said we're only competing in 2022/23 season.
