Lets be fair. They were led on by Vlahovic to flush out Juve. Its hard for them to admit finishing 8th is not attractive to perspective superstars.

Auba had no future, but it is it too much to at least get a player practically signed up BEFORE you decide to tear up Auba's contract? You know, just in case things go tiits up and you're left with laca and Nketiah as your only options?

Unfortunately you will never attract best until you finish in the CL. And if you don't do so quickly, you'll end up losing the pillars on which you are tying to build on in the first place. Its why you have to hold people accountable for failing.

They went for their top target in January and failed, what they didn't do was then panic buy any other schhjmuck to fill the gap and saddle us with someone not good enough for the rest of the contract
