Anybody can score in the PL. We 100% do not know he can score consistently. In fact we all know the he can’t. Last season was his 3rd as a PL player and his highest ever goal tally is 5.

Yes even for Titler anybody can score. The question isn’t if he can score or not. It’s if he can be a reliable striker that can push 20+ PL goals, add a different dimension to our attack, hold up the ball and link well with his team mates, and not need 10 clear chances to put 1 away.

It’s all well and good reeling out the 10 goals in 14 starts stat. How many ridiculously easy chances has he missed off the bench? Had he scored even half of them we would be in the CL.

Eddie has done nothing to suggest he’s a £90k/week striker. The fact that he’s stalling on it is pretty hilarious. He’ll never get an offer like that from any other club in his career again.
