De Zerbi on Arsenal bid for Caicedo: “I would like Moises to finish the season with us, but we are ready to go forward without him”. 🚨🚨🇪🇨 #BHAFC

“I respect his decision — I can’t be also the chairman, so we will see in the next days”.

Brighton would be mad to turn down so much for him.

Apparently he gets £3K a week, he's likely to earn more in a 2 weeks than he does in a year at Brighton if he moves.

I doubt that true tbh. I mean he still a premier league player. Those wages are not even championship level

Brighton fans are not denying it, after the WC they wanted to give him a pay rise but he rejected it as he wanted more apparently

15k seems a popular figure on this subject, although one went to 24k

Either figures definitely more realistic than the £3K.
On the same topic, just seen Brighton manager post game of interview. The guy is classy. Credit to him. Lots managers would have lost their shiiit seeing their teams dissembled

What do fans think of Caicedo as a player?

De Zerbi is living the dream. Look at his management history.

Brighton are living the dream. Are they not on course to have their best season ever? And he has a lot to do with it

Tbf it is a team he inherited and he has already changed their set up. Maybe he thinks he will be able to bring in his own players.

Yep. Don't disagree. But managers don't usually jump from Shakhtar to a mid-table premier league club. They took a gamble and its paying off. Thats Tony Bloom to a tee tbh. I used to watch him playing poker in the early 2000s.

Bellerin linked to Sporting Lisbon on loan. The guy is only 27. Never recovered from that injury

I suppose thats how arsenal can go to £60m+£10m for Caicedo. They save on wages. I think Arsenal will probably go to £50k-£70k instead of the usual £150k+ a week for a £60m+ player.

So who will play Hollywood FC in the next round? Man Utd is my bet.
