Done well, obviously has had Nwaneri, MLS, Nichols, Heaven and others progress through really quickly which has made his job of getting results harder. Seems to have done well with Dowman under the burden of expectation. Very attacking, which has been highlighted with three 3-3 draws in a row in last 3 games.

Results do matter, though. Youngsters getting into the winning habit helps as they mature. I've heard him a few times on the radio and seems a very laid back kinda bloke. Reminds me a bit of Freddie who seems to have disappeared. I dunno if he can make the transition to coaching older players under greater pressure, or if he'll shy away from confrontations. Rich enough to not need the hassle.
