Oh the irony of talking of all this junk food while writing an essay on obesity.

Make sure the pan is non-stick, though, otherwise it will burn and stick to the pan. Maybe put a bit of vegetable oil in there to help.

Vegetable oil?, my grandad would turn in his grave, everytime i used to go to his as a kid he's shove a big doorstop slice of bread with a 5mm layer of beef dripping covered with salt in my mush. Never did me any harm.

You should use coconut oil...has an incredibly high burning point and is full of medium chained tryglycerides. Which convert to energy very effectively.

Pah, cholesterol, load of mumbo jumbo.

He'd turn easier if you layered the coffin with vegetable oil.

full of medium chained tryglycerides

What do you have with them? Chips?

posted on 28/2/13

Admin1- correct medium chained fatty acids are able to diffuse passively directly into the portal system via the lacteals instead of all the mumbo jumbo involved in entering the enterocytes and repackaging them into triglycerides.

Kievs will have a lower GI + higher protein, which will make you feel fuller. the garlic butter will give you a source of omega three and also help reduce the risk of blood clots and improve heart function. After three to four weeks the brain will almost fully utilise omega 3 for brain cell composition.
