Don't think anyone is being touchy Neon, you just got some answers to your statement above. His father played for Natal, as did his Uncle. He however has never played for a team, or first class side or under 19 sides other than England.

Neon proving yet again that he is all British at heart

All this flippin rubbish about where you are born - i suppose Ted Dexter should have played for Italy then, Neon? Get a grip man.
Now then, what I'd like to say is this - whats all this nonsense from a few pundits saying we should have batted quicker on day 1? Are critics EVER satisfied at an English performance? We were SENT IN to bat, we got 270 odd runs for only 2 wickets (which itself isn't too bad, yes it would have been nice to get over 300 but its not that far off!) and with KP, Root, Prior AND Bell to come we have people capable of moving the scoring rate on. I think Aggers was one of the people moaning this morning.
Get a life you moaning minnies!!

.........................

Nope, the key word in your line is critic, it's what they do. If we score slowly they moan that we don't move the game along quickly enough, if we score quickly and get out we get accused of showing no respect to the oppo and getting out in reckless ways. To please them is nigh on impossible most of the time.

They wont need tobat for 3 days.. the weather will ruin any chance of England winning.. England need to bowl them out in 2 sessions in the kiwis first innings to have a chance..

This test has got draw written all over it. Can't see our bowlers getting much more out of this pitch than the kiwi bowlers, certainly can't see them bowling NZ out twice in 2 days (day 5 could be a washout).

Only hope is for KP to kick on, Prior and Root to hit rapid half centuries and then hope the weather holds.

Fair play to NZ, they`re showing fight and making us work for this. Completely different scenario to the India series.
