This is what you get with a defensive coach and captain.. even if England get 500. You can gurantee if NZ start of well. Cook will go to two slip even if the Kiwis are 40 for none. 40 runs in an hour and half of cricket rduculas.

And i`m sure you said that England were your second team a while back
Make your mind up, neon
Eeeh Neon, how does it go...I like to think I am a bit of a cynic but it's nice to see an expert in action
I am happy for players to dig themselves in but then they have to kick on. Comps & Trott only did half the job. KP has been wisely cautious but now needs to get a move on which we know he can.
Obviously he needs people at the other end!
Anyway, today's activities make a mockery of all this cobblers about an excellent day for England yesterday.

Back to the cricket....
Poor stuff from England this morning but credit to NZ for making it so.
NZ have out thought our batsmen.. most of their bowling has been widish and on a good length.. England batsmen are playing away from their body.. Be brave and get onto offstump. Same with Martin hes left arm spinner and left arm spinners turn the ball away from the bat.. Root was stuck in the crease and played away from his body. and knicked the ball..If he had been closer to ball on offstump. he would have hit the ball cleaner.. England are not learing. How many balls would have hit the stumps from Southe? none?? your not going to get out LBW

another thought...when we come across a team who just folds (India/Oz these days) we can grind them into the ground. We haven't worked out yet how to get on top of teams with a bit of ticker (SA, Pak at home, NZ at home).
374/7. A collapse of sorts going on here. Very poor from England today. Very good recovery from NZ.
Reading my negative thoughts into it: England went to bed last night thinking the job was done, the Kiwis would crumble and it was plain sailing ahead.
NZ went to bed pondering how they were going to dig themselves out of this pit.
