The spotlight is very much on Green. I don't see that as a bad thing. Let's have matters explained as fully as possible.

Didn't see the interview...read some of the transcripts and I'm thinking......not a lot actually. I hear what you're saying Tafka, but he is following an old marketing maxim which is: "The only thing worse than being talked about......is not being talked about". He seems to get everyone outwith Rangers a lot more upset than those within, and until he does something to really upset me, then he has my support.
There just seems to be no end to it all.....................
at least we'll get a break and have something else to talk about when the North Koreans nuke us
I would love someone to look into everything that the interviewer has ever written, anything he has ever reported on. Check to see if there are any discrepancies a few months down the line and pull him up for knowingly deceiving the public.
Who cares about a few words. Charles Green's actions and those of the investors he put together rescued our club and for that I will be eternally grateful. A few words and a few spurious claims regarding this and that do not change the fact that he has spearheaded a team that have put the club back together.
I cannot believe that people cannot see through the sensationalism and headlines and they are calling for him to step down. It is clear that there is an agenda to tarnish him because he does not fit with the agenda of the SPL money men.
Who cares if he said there was contact with Dallas Cowboys or Manchester Utd, who cares what salutation he gives to his friend and business partner or what he used to call the other striker in his team back in the 50s and 60s.
Craig Whyte has come out and he is trying to destroy all the good work that Charles Green's consortium have done. Stop and think about what you are all doing when you are calling for Charles Green to step down, you are once again giving creed to the ramblings of the man who almost destroyed our club - Craig Whyte - and that guy needs shot down by everyone who loves Rangers, we should not be attacking the guy who helped to save the club!

If and I will say again IF it is the case that there is a link to Whyte and Rangers under Green then there are major legal ramifications for the club, not least of which is the invalidation of the games this year.
Now, it's the proof I totally understand. It's fine to have a link but different to prove it. The concern tonight shared by the people on th program was that Whyte seems to have recorded EVERTHING and just what else can be disclosed...
The whole 5088 legality could be Green's undoing and that may be his mouthing off a step too far...

He had been deemed as a person "not fit and proper" for Scottish football and rangers were given the licence under the belief it was Charles and his consortium. Now if it can be shown that 5088 did take the ownership before transfer and as seems to be the case Whyte is linked to this consortium then it will make off an interesting development with the fella in control of th Rangers Standard fan group worried for the status of his years club...

Dos two things.
1. it seems that is the legal entity that is named in the documents from D&P on the failure of a CVA of Oldco who will take control of Rangers assets.
2. It is the clarification from Rangers (official rangers webpage) of the body that has taken control of the assets.
Both facts confirmed tonight by STV.
it doesnt curly,, 5088 was a company set up pre cva and used by green to presuade whyte to part with his shares. like his shares it wasnt required
after the cva was refused d&p sold Rangers assets to se vco scotland.
The Club and its assets have never been owned by Se vco 5088 Limited.

"4.1 The Club continued to trade under the control of the Joint Administrators up to the date of the sale of the business and assets of the Company to Se vco on 14 June 2012."
