A lot of confusion on this and even a 'Rangers spokesman' got it wrong at the time.
Duke - saw that appear last night on RM - interesting stuff.
And now it has been emailed to various journos, there really can be no excuse for getting this wrong.
I predict that the papers will now round on Whyte again, selling yet more copies.
Simple idea - sell copies to one half of Scotland with "Whyte says this" "Whyte could get the keys to Ibrox" etc., then have to go with the facts which reverse everything they previously said.
And we fall into the trap of believing them EVERY feckin time.
I'm very confused
I understand green had to deal with Whyte to get shares pre Cva, so I'm not bothered by the whole green and Whyte meetings drivel that the press is going on about , not am I bothered if green dine the dirty on Whyte, it's just more how the legalities of it all goes.
Could all be nothing as Whyte is a proven liar, I just don't know
IE - no confusion at all now - all perfectly clear. See my OP using Duke's comments and others over the past day.
I actually don't care if Green was put up to buy the club initially by Whyte. As it's clear he has nothing to do with the guy now.
The media in our backward little nation has nothing to write about bar Mrs MacDoogle being robbed in the post office in Inverness.
Our so called country has half the population of London and needs to create stories to sell papers and get them a job in the UK national press.
As we saw all summer when just about everyone of them lied bar Traynor to put the boot into Rangers and ignoring the actual facts.
Our media is a joke!
