Bale for having a 2 month purple patch when the votes were done
Should be Joey O'Brien. Outraged that he isnt on the list
why would Bale win it as he has the most cards for diving. If he does then it will be yet another example of hypocrisy

In my honest opinion it should be rvp but it wont be. Not just as an imdividual but he has driven his team on
can't really see beyond RVP
RVP Suarez and Bale have been the top players this year in no particular order.
Will be good if one of the other 3 wins it as no one expects them to.
Hazard shouldn't be on that shortlist
It's a popularity contest , best layer this year is Suarez followed by RVP. Voting is supposed t have happened before last week's biting incident so you'd logically thin on a best overall performance there would be only really 2 contenders and Bale is not one of those two. Given it's a popularity contest Bale will likely win.
It's too heavily bias towards attacking players, Carrick is the only one who isn't, give it to him.

Bale won it 2011 without doing anything in the league

Agree with that although Mata hasn't been far away.
Taking Suarez out (just can't see it) then I'd say Bale has hit the highest levels but RVP has done it with more regularity. I reckon it's RVPs year.
Donuts, not quite as disgraceful as Mr Clean winning said award back in 2009
It's pretty obvious Bale will win it whether he deserves it or not.
bale has only been devastating for half a season
Chronic-so has RVP to be fair!
bale's won it, definitely, already confirmed in unofficial quarters
Bale has won this as his form was brilliant during the period of the votes. Why nobody can do votes at the end of the season this many seasons in is laughable.
Either way, my vote would have probably gone to Mata or Carrick this season.
RVP was the best most influential player in the league this year. He was what they missed last year and were unable to win the league and is the reason they have won it this year not to mention he is the PL top goal scorer. Bale has been good unplayable at times but he does blow hot and cols and was pretty poor untill January
If Bale wins it this season he is a deserved winner imo............but how did he win it two years ago?
Is this award for being the outstanding footballer of the year?
If so, Suarez, Suarez Suarez, by a mile!!!
