There will be Blood
Rosemarys Baby
Goodfellas

I love how you put LOTR 2.
Sounds like a cheesy American sequel - 'THIS TIME SAURON IS PISSSED OFF'
Shawshank
Schindlers List
Goodfellas
Terminator 1
Terminator 2
Blade
Matrix
Predator
Batman Begins
The Dark Knight Rises
Aliens
Alien
one flew over the cuckoos nest
master and commander
the godfather (counting them as 1 for this)
City of God
Hero
American Beauty
The Apartment
Shawshank
Battle of Britain
So hard I've seen thousands and struggle to remember all to compare as I've enjoyed many.
1. Shawshank
2. Forrest Gump
3. Fight Club
Although when I think about it the movies I have watched repeatedly are films such as
Cool Runnings, Dodgeball. Menace 2 Society, Friday/Next Fri and Fri after, Snatch.

Agree. Sometimes the 'best' movies are the ones that you can only really see once like Schindlers List and the Lord of the Rings movies.
My favourite movies are ones that you can watch over and over again like Mallrats, Cocktail and Escape from New York.

You include Batman Begins and Dark Knight Rises but don´t include the best film in that trilogy ??
Controversial.
Too many people listing Shawshank Redemption for my liking. Great movie but somewhat overrated.
