Ginter can play CB or DM so will give you the cover you need - and indeed Man Utd were interested in him in the spring but so were many clubs

I'd go Ginter, Ake + Guedes + 1.2M with the clause that if Veltman signs for United you can sign him at TMvalue.

Ginter is one of the biggest young talents for Germany. He was wanted by United and Arsenal but will go to Bayern or Dortmund I suspect He started as a DM but then moved to CB and has made it his own. He is thus very handy can play at RCB, Sweeper or DM. He's in the German squad but obvs Hummels is first choice at the mo.

Ake would be useful cover for you at LCB, LB or DM. But imo can also play Sweeper. He must get his chance at Chelsea soon

Guedes gives you cover at LW (that's what he was for me) one of the biggest portuguese young talents.
