Peter Fury confidence worries me. He isn't deluded and states his nephew will beat Haye and Wlad.

Curse of Rafa

Haye will struggle to get insidefury and land if furyis clever and uses his jab correctly.

But if fury makes it a tear up and allows haye inside then haye has more then enough power and speed to ko him. Still think haye is just a blown upcruiser weight and hasn't got the attributes to mix it with the best heavyweights though

Fury to Lennox ' you couldn't train a rice pudding'.

Haye is heavier that Louis, Marciano, about the same as a Prime Tyson and Ali

Haye is the biggest puncher in boxing, bar none.

posted on 7/7/13

Haye's speed will create angles on Fury even if boxes behind the jab. Haye is the second best heavyweight in the world so how can anyone say he cant mix it.

He's been WHC for crying out loud. I'm still gutted he couldn't land the big shot on Wlad.

posted on 7/7/13

He did land it in the 12th round and Wlad had to hold on for 30 seconds to clear his head.

posted on 7/7/13

Haye landed 36 power shot against Wlad, Wlad landed 27.

It was a poor fight, Wlad got away with holding all the time, but it was his ref and his crowd.

Haye's toe effective his ability to land that big right.

The second best heavyweight in boxing and the biggest puncher in boxing bar none! Sorry lads don't see it myself, he was atrocious when he fought kilt and spent half the fight on his knees, he's a great cruiserweight but with the way the heavyweights are now he's not big enough to really challenge either kilt.

Also his heavyweight record is fairly weak with chisora and fraudley on it for example. And he's been very inactive for the past few years just don't see him doing anything special at heavy weight now, he can mouth off and get a few paudays like the fury fight but jaye looses to either kilt every time

Name 3 heavyweight that are better?

posted on 7/7/13

D4 the toe was no excuse haye just struggled to get past wlads jab like pretty much every fighter has.

Haye would have been great in the heavyweight division in the 90's I'd love to see him and prime evander Holyfield fight that would have been a cracking fight

Vitali has ducked him for the past couple of years.

Let me break your toe and see how easy it is for you to train and fight.

Stop talking drivel. Chisora gave Vitali all he can handle and look what Haye did to Chisora. Vitali has been ducking Haye for over a year now. Vitali doesn't share your confidence does he? Also he doesn't beat Haye, Vitali is too slow and doesn't have Wladimir's speed and footwork to avoid Haye's ambush raids.

Also Wladimir disgracefully holds you which saps your energy and it is illegal and against the rules to hold your opponents. What Haye did was clever whenever Wlad tried to grab Haye went to his knees to avoid his energy being sapped.

Both kilts are better and I'd argued povetkin would give haye all sorts of problems.

Who the hell are these guys?

Haye made Wlad miss more than any other opponent has done before. Haye had no problems with Wlad's jab it was Wlad's speed of foot which caused Haye trouble. Whenever Haye got in range to land his punches, Wladimir's footwork would get him out of trouble.

posted on 7/7/13

Povetkin struggled to handle a cruiserweight in Huck.

Haye would blast Povetkin out.

Sorry lads don't agree and neither of you can conclusively say vitali has ducked haye, they've both called for the fight and both say ones avoiding the other.

Haye is a very good boxer but IMO he's not a modern heavyweight and is simply the best of a bad bunch below the kilts in a poor division

posted on 7/7/13

Povetkin got robbery decision against Marco Huck a blown up cruiser who is not on Haye's level. Povetkin is easy to hit anyone that can be hit easy gets knocked out by Haye.

Vitali is old and past it. Maybe 10 years ago he had a chance to beat Haye but not this version of Vitali. Only Wlad can beat Haye.
