I quite like it
I've got a feeling it will be a grower
The new shirts are definitely having a marmite effect ... you Either love them or hate them

I think the ability of the shirt to camouflage the wearer against the sofa is an excellent marketing strategy.

Isn't MAROON a form of RED?

Chill view .... it's made my night.. Off to the pub to see my mate Sean. He just won't like what I'm about to tell him

I'm even less sure about the arm bands on the away strip. White/black/red arm bands - the last team that sported that look was banned from all European competition in 1945!!!!!

Derby did play in proper Red in early 70s. Think it was at Newcastle. This kit is maroon. A bit richer maroon than the Jim Smith era. Forest have had a white away kit havent they?

they wore white away strip in the late 80's under Clough. It was a umbro kit and it was the same design as Derby's home shirt at the time.
Still think this away shirt is poor tho backo....

ITS HIDEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had a white away strip not too long ago, can't remember if it was under pinnacle or capital one.
White and red though, so our colours regardless.

Maroon is still red, no matter how much you want it not to be.

Saying that, probably wouldn't be a big deal if it wasn't ugly as sin. You do have to question the decision though, it was never going to be a popular choice.

We've either got a Thai backer with GSE who's suggested we play in this 'maroon-red' colour fo good luck, or the board have got together for a brainstorm - discussed Cardiff switched from blue to red and achieved promotion and considered a similar approach. It really wouldn't surpise me.

If I find out the name of the chap or lady who designed our kit or have the opportunity to meet them - they'll get the type of ear bashing they'd wish this season's kits were never created.

Maroon? Looks more like the colour that this chap is wearing

Dreadful, shameful joke of a club.

Just got back from the pub. Sean doesn't even believe me. Reckons I've hacked Derby's official site

Says it's a complete non starter and they should of asked the fans. He reckons 99.9% would have said no to red
