Very well put Gold Rush. I for one want to move on with a new manager and virtually a brand new team.

You're absolutely right in stating that we are all Wolves supporters, whether we live far away or right next door to the ground.

Dragging up statements from the distant past doesn't help either.

We all have different opinions on matters to do with Wolves and a healthy debate with some friendly banter should be encouraged.

Unfortunately there are a few that cannot let go of the past and to revert to insults just makes matters worst.

Gets my vote Gold Rush, exciting times ahead it seems, we should all be on the same page, the only stumbling block now seems to be that some still want to see Micks boys getting game time.

Exactly Cinci, they've had how many seasons to show what their worth and now its time to pass on the responsibility to our youth, so much time and money has been invested into this category 1 adademy and its time to cash in. We have the makings of a strong nucleus and with additions in the right places, I believe Kenny can go on to build a squad that will achieve and make us proud again!

I shudder to think that if some fans got their way we would have been lining up with Ward, Berra, Ohara, Henry(even i considered this one....brrrrrrrrr) and co instead of Batth, Evans, Ismail, Griffiths, Doherty etc.

This is one of the best articles to appear on this board for quite some considerable time and echoes my thoughts entirely on these issues.

It's time to put the past behind us and concentrate on the future of this great club, that we all hold so dear.

This board could be a great place for healthy debate about all things Wolves, if we could just get past these petty arguments between certain individuals and encourage everybody to voice their opinions in a sensible manner and not spout nonsense about players that they have never seen play because they live on the other side of the world now and the last time they actually watched Wolves was in 1977.

No IOB, opinions and debate are fine. It's the petty squabbling and personal issues that bubble over that are the issues with these boards. Wolves have one of the strongest backings on these boards with lots of different posters but this is being ruined by noncensical arguing. Anyone trying to make a point instantly loses credability in my eyes once they resort to such tactics.

Well, Cinci, after the well-meaning original post in this article, it was ironic to me that your mention of a "stumbling block" (others' opinions), was greeted with "Exactly Cinci", by the author. To me, with that acknowledgement, the author lost the credibility he had acquired from posting the article in the first place.

And I had thought it a good article too.

Maybe it was intended to be ironic humour, (as in your latter response), in which case I'll let it go.
