get a few quid for the training facility would be great news.
Never ever did I think Rangers would sell Murray Park, just goes to show how times change.

Celtic Quick News... ALways first with all news Rangers
Would be happy to see it sold off if we get some good bread for it. Clearly hasn't done what it said on the tin.
So the 3 properties are only worth £7.28m between them, so why is the obsessive guy saying only bye bye to Murray park, isn't he going to say bye bye to Ibrox and the Albion as well, seems a bit unfair on the other two
Change the feekin record ya tramp
How come tims are getting the opportunity to say bye bye to Murray park and we don't?
fek we won 9IAR training at various pubic parks...
Laudrup - Coz they care A LOT more than us

i would suggest that to play football at Ibrox you would need a football stadium - thats why they are for lease...
Surprised that some of you are for this to be honest but fair enough.

Rangers international have only just purchased the Albion along with Edmonton house from MIH , why isn't Edminston house in the CQN bye bye deal? The plot thickens

99% of rangers fans just want a good entertains football team on the park that wins things

Not quite but funny none the less...
If the new owner of the properties attains planning permission for residential properties at Murray Park within three years of the deal being signed, a provision releases the seller from having to repay the outstanding portion of the loan. If planning permission is achieved after three years, no element of the loan is forgiven.
Potatoes
The buyer can do whatever they like with Murray Park. Can you suggest a suitable use? Perhaps they’ll plant potatoes.

well potatoes would be possible I guess given.
Its marsh land and has zero chance of being developed
Its green belt and in Milngavie has no chance of change of use being granted.
As back up those who know the area will confirm that the land across the road has had numerous planning applications and in 30 years none have ever been granted as its the same bit of green belt.
Land on the other side was classed as industrial (brown belt) however the change on use to residential took 25 years to be granted and due to the current climate has still not begun to be developed.
This chap has been studying this since October and still misses the most basic of issues.
